Thank you, Thank you for the flag!
I'm willing to help on Tipt runs - especially if I'm farming - I'm likely to be bored out of my mind!
Have Fun!

Tonight we are doing organized Tipt instances instead of our normal raid. _________________

If not tonight we will get it for you sometime. We will be doing these for awhile, and I will be adding some different days to do them as needed to try to accomodate people. We will be focusing on Thursday nights first though. |

I would like to try again also. Acoma's and my guild just doesn't do anything with GoD at all so the only opportunity we have is to get these done with AH members.
I'm still not sure what exactly happened last night but we were at the very very very end and got toasted by a gating mob. It was Murphy's Law in full force. Stuff happens, I guess. _________________

A different strat on the final named is required IMO. I'm not sure if that one mob always gates or if it's a random thing, but that's the first time I've seen it happen in a dozen or so attempts. So, we need to have a mezz class chaining mezz to prevent a gate, or, if we do not have a mezz class, we'll need to consider a different pulling strategy.
Basically, what happened in our group last night was that the mob gated on low health and summoned me which aggro'd the final named....we did a good job of making up for this (though I, eventually, died) and got the named mob down, but someone either forgot to mezz and/or snare and the original gater fled on low health into several other mobs and the rest of the group died via the ensuing train. Really did suck considering we did so well without a chanter pet in the group:-( |

All those snake ho's can gate - mezzer needs to watch for it when they get low on health.
What about stuns, you ask? Forget it. Most of them cast a self buff reflection spell before they start to gate, and stuns will bounce off and affect the caster instead. _________________

simple solution, bring an enchanter with charmed pet. by the time that gate spells even close to going off your pets killed that mob 3x. _________________ Dohi

Gratz to Nahallac, Tetrafluor and Kazpin for getting Tipt Flag done last night.
Dohi, you don't need a chanter pet anymore. We survived the named + 1 with no chanter and no pet. However died to a running mob (with Culd). My suggestion is SNARE EARLY on all mobs and you won't have to worry about it. _________________ It takes talent to lose oneself. Now where was I?

If you have a beastlord make sure they load fetter.
Kor maybe doesn't realize it but it saved our bacon several times when we ran 69.4 the other night. She was trying hard to heal since we had cleric and chanter repeatedly down and didn't get snare off several times. Reason I know is that fetter doesn't stack with any other snare so I can tell if Fluffy's is landing then the mob is unsnared.
I would imagine that the same would hold true for Tipt. |

We got Seastorms and Phaok flagged last night with no charmed pet!
Our group was bard, cleric, paladin, beastlord, mage, and necro (Baidas, Geemp, Ardnasc, Pahaok, Seastorms, and Dwellar).
We hit a bit of a snag the first time we went after the boss mob at the top and found out that it is still possible for a necro to summon corpses past the locked gate.
After summoning the Geemp, rezzing and rebuffing, we medded to full. This time I hit my defense disc right after Baidas started the pull and the fight was successful.
Have Fun!

We didn't use a charm pet either.
It's slower since you miss out on a lot of dps, but safer.
