Do people still play EQ?

Does AoH exist still? Is Elric wearing pants? How do magnets work?

Heya man!

Yes, folks still play.

Sadly, AH hasn't raided since 2011.

However, folks can still raid with RoV on Thurs/Friday nights on RoV optional raids.

It's not what AH used to be, but I try hard to look out for folks that still play.

Im on everyday, rarely see anyone on anymore. There is the occasional Wvein sighting though, and his Mrs.

Frickn zones in new expansion are almost dead, can't even make a group with what I see Sad

EQ is what it used to be, unknown folks will have a hard time getting groups.

Not sure how long you've been gone, but might be some nice features that may not have been there before. Hero's Forge armor , Station Cash, Legends of Norrath game to name a few.

But on the other hand I did shoot the heart out of an ace of hearts at 100 yards last October, and I ordered a new Beretta A400 shotgun for my birthday present.

Good to see peeps are still around. I try to pull the site up when I'm at work just to see if there's any new posts or anything.

We've thought about getting back into playing EQ or at least something. If it was EQ though we got to thinking we are what 15 levels behind so there would be no way we could catch up with our erratic play times. We miss EQ though.

We did a couple weeks of the closed beta test of the Landmark game. Has anybody else tried the new Landmark game?

I've not done Beta but have applied for it. I never seem to get selected thinking its just for US based players. But I do follow the development process and looking forward to its launch. Watched a couple of the live streams .. what a yawner, they don't do much.

Folks, it's funny how easy you could get caught up.

So many things are easier now.

You can even log in for free, and so some stuff (some stuff requires a valid sub), but most of all chat!

Afterhours : Ruby is still used, and normally 10 or 15 in it most evenings.

It's amazing to see that people still lurk and post here sometimes, even if they don't play anymore. I guess it's a testament to all the fun we used to have together.

I've been gone nearly as long as I played (7 years) but I still think about Norrath and the people I knew there often. Who knows, maybe I'll poke my head back in someday.
