Speaking of augs, I've been toying with the idea of doing some CoA aug runs on one of our off-nights and since Elrico suggested as much in another thread, I figured I'd better go ahead and say something. Sunday nights were my first choice, but Mondays or Tuesdays may also be possible depending on what people what.

I don't think the CoA augs have any specific AC components, but their may be some augs with avoidance and such. While the HP/Mana/End on the augs is nice, I think most tank types should focus more on the AC or AC/HP augs.

The ones I would start with helping people get are the RSS 25's, Hivegrim Stone of Avoidance (sic?) , Illsalin enforcer Medal, Rot covered tombstone shard, Stonewarden, and the aug drop from Skylance 3 mission.

Some of those are DoDh missoin rewards, so we can get several at once, and others like RSS and DSK augs are camps where we hope to get one at a time. I think the DSK one, Stonewarden, is a longer camp time as the mob is rare and does not always drop the aug. But at least the exp is nice at either one.

So far, I have Kunerk scheduled for tonight, and I will try to be on shortly after 9pm Pacific time tonight. Hope that is not too late for you Kunerk...

Edit: there is also the Coldain aug from the Dain misions which is 14ac and 70hp along with some avoidance iirc.

I finished up my set of RSS 20s and 25s augs over the weekend. Pretty easy even just 4 boxing myself.

I do want a set of Stonewardens and Shard of the Guardians (like that'll happen Laughing

) but none of my alts are dsk keyed.

There's a few good AC augs in DoD missions and a couple in some easy MMs you can get. The really good ones in TSS are tough though and require a good group with good DPS (outside of the random drop in vald). Also, don't forget the ones in GoD...there's at least two 20s that you can single/duo and you can prolly box the primals to get the 30ac one.

The DSK ones are a huge PITA though and require an insane amount of farming.....I've spent dozens of hours there and have yet to even see one drop. Not a bad XP spot though, so it's a good place to XP in the hopes that you get lucky:-)

The ones I need are the vald aug, the frostcrypt one and basically all the dks ones, but I gave up on them all a while back Razz

I know rico has spent many nights in dsk for those aug's but really it's worth the time IMO. All you tank classes...just have to spend endless sleepless nights...lol No but really they are nice Aug's. Enforcers medal is nice too..

Last week we did a Last Migration (Hard) mission to get some augs, and a couple of Dain missions.

Tomorrow, I am open to running any number of missions where the reward is an aug for all, or even camping some spots for ac augs.

Please reply and let me know if you plan to attend and which augs you may still be missing.

I should be online at approximately 9:30 pm Pacific.

Ok, so it seems that my limitation to only Tuesday night after 9:30 pm pst is a bit prohibitive to some.

I will modify it to be making myself available to help work on getting these augs with the following requirements.

1. any night other than raid nights, after 9:30 pm PST. (even after raids if we have other night owls)
2. must post here on the thread ahead of time so that I can see it and plan accordingly.
3. the post must also include the augs that you would prefer to go after first, and the nights that you would be available.

I have 5 accounts (six if you count the shm i share) so even if there is only 1 person who wants to do this, I can log on and get going. There will be no need to seek out and depend on any additional help.

If nobody posts their requests in the next couple of weeks, then I will assume all have the augs they want and I will withdraw the offer. So if you want to take advantage of this, please post and lets gitterdone.

Its great if more people can help out those who need it, but are you also saying that you would want to go with us on a certain night and get some augs? If so, could you say what night would work for you and which augs you would be interested in?

To make it easier, I will put up this list of augs that I am aware of and we should be able to obtain somewhat easily...

1. 30ac 30 hp/mana/end - reward for Last Migration (Hard)
2. 25ac - Flameshield stone - drop from named at 25's camp in RSS
3. 25ac 25hp - Stonewarden - drop from Alex Hutchinson in DSK (uncommon spawn, uncommon drop)
4. 20ac 30hp - Rot-covered Tombstone shard - reward for Brains MM. (type 7 only)
5. 20ac 15hp/mana/end - Hivegrime stone of Avoidance - reward for Lost Gnomes
6. 14ac 70hp/mana/end 7 to stats/svs, 15 avoid, 7 regen - Dain 1-3
7. 10ac 35hp 5 svs - Pendant of the Overspirit - Sky 3 named drop.

Of course there are still other augs out there, but this is a short list to work from if you are signing up to request help....

You might consider completing the quests to get Jonas Dagmire's Skeletal Hand. It is only AC 15, but comes with a boat load of other goodies. +10 to all stats, + 10 to all saves (so important for raiding) +4 regen, and +135 to HP/Mana/End. This aug also only fits into the aug slot on your hands gear, but fits both slots 7 and 8.

This is a PITA overarching quest where you need to complete 39 individual quests to get the main prize, but it is worth it for all classes if you have the time.

AC25 x 4 Flame Shield
AC20 x 3 Ore of Strength
AC20 x 1 Rot-Covered Tombstone Shard
AC15 x 1 Crusaders Luckstone
AC10 x 1 Brilliant Bloody Ruby of Prowess

any help getting more is always welcomed, truth be told I'd just like to have a consistent group every once in-a-while Smile
