Two tips:
1. A 'Dinner Invitation' is an item that drops within Dreadspire Keep that essentially works as a key, allowing you to zone into DSK directly from Stoneroot Falls rather than needing to run through the hive. It looks like a letter, and appears on your /keyring as "Depths of Darkhollow - You have been formally invited as a guest to Dreadspire Keep". Its very useful for raiding Demi, even if you can do the hive route easily.
2. I ran a mini raid to get these many months ago. From our experience the invites can drop from anywhere, but are MUCH more common inside the palace. Head the route to Vule, and set up camp at the first area of kos mobs (through the door at the bottom of the spiral runway). You'll get a drop every 10 mobs down there, compared to about 1/50 outside.

Also in that place (assuming that is the same place... hehe) drops a 25ac/25hp aug NOT LORE so you can get about 4. Named wolf is Shadowy Student just be careful when pulling cuz even the Non-Kos mobs will assist.
