In my opinion the key to AH progressing is for all of us to pay attention.
We have several tricky encounters to win before we can progress to the next level. The most common thing I am seeing that is holding us back is that these fights are not easy zerg and get'em fights. Each one has some trick to the adds and they are all different. We need each and every raid member to understand their role for the fights using our current strategy (and this can, does, and will change).
Some adds we kill as fast as possible with maximum dps.
Some adds we non-damage off-tank
Some adds are mezzed
Some adds are charmed
EVERYONE needs to pay attention to DPS on/off and target changes! Do not break mezzes or debuff charms. Follow the MA(main assit).
If you have any question about what you should be doing please ask you SL or in the AHraid channel. Handling adds in the incorrect manner is a quick way to wipe an entire raid.
