I've chatted with some folks who were on during the up/down time right before the current suspension. There are reports of significant account corruption (missing expansions, deleveling, etc). I'm not trying to start some fear mongering, but I'm expecting a roll-back for all accounts/toons (however they are stored) . Also, their new "security" could give some trouble as well depending on how they implement it. My son's WoW account got hacked a while back, but because we don't trust Bliz and the change to Battlenet (oh the irony there), we don't use real names or addresses. We lost his account because we could not verify that we were the owner. Simply possessing the CC used for all the transactions was not enough - they wanted extensive, matching, personal information as well. While I hope this is resolved quickly and as transparently as regular server maintenance, I remain skeptical.
