Posted: Wed Mar 28, 2012 7:51 am Celephane Officer   Joined: Jan 21, 2005 Posts: 347 Location: Seattle, WA RoV is dropping Argath from our raid list. I will quote one of our raid leaders here. Quote: OPEN Argath raid Me (Tucas) and Bigstomp will be running OPEN raids on Argath once a week. We will be running it first on Saturday the 7th. 7:30 cst will be form up time. You are welcome to bring alts or mains, it will be open to everyone on the server. The loot will get /ran with opportunity to pass to next highest roll. There will be NO BOXING by anyone, weather the raid is full or not. You can choose one toon to play. You can only win loot on the toon that is IN THE RAID. SO if you are playing your main, you can't win for your alt. You can't win for someone who isn't in the raid even if they tried to get in. Only those in the raid can win. So choose your toon carefully. RoV will get no special treatment in these raids. If / When we beat argath, it will be the raid leaders decision if they want to go to anything else. Big was excited when we were talking about this very thing last night. I will certainly do my best to be in attendance for this and future RoV open raids. I am definitely looking forward to seeing & participating in some new raid events. It has been a while, and while the anniversary raids are cool, nothing beats trying to take down a new target, learning the mechanics of a raid, and getting people some upgrades that will replace some group gear! I hope more AHers get involved in this open raid idea from RoV.
