Have been looking forward to doing UF progression but have yet to find a grp for it..My guild doesnt do much progression and was just wondering if anyone plans on doing any UF progression I would be happy to join if ya have a spot. Have off tomorrow and the next day and would be willing to devote some serious time to it if anyone will be running through it.

I know the feeling Shoker, but there is one difference. In order to progress in UF in my guild, you have to be in "THE GROUP".

I actually meant that I would want to be in the grp...not looking for taskadds...i love doing progression mission by mission so if anyone needs some dps think of me :0)

hey shoker, I think that was meant to read more like...

you have to be in "The IN group"... as in a certain cliche is doing them and not helping others...

at least that is how I was reading it...

I don't have UF yet, but when I do get it, I will be working on the progression.

You're right Elrico. It is being part of the "IN" group. pretty much one group of people and the rest of the guild is SOL. Even if all arent on, no one else is invited.

Having completed up to tier 8 on 2 of my 4 accounts now, I can say this progression is by far the hardest and not at all easy to find groups for. Timing seems to play a major factor as even finding someone that can request the missions is still a major PITA.

Of course you could always do the prequalifying missions in order to do the required for progression ones. ( add another month ) Mad

I only need one more mission to finish tier 8 on lifesource but have not been able to find anyone that could request arthicrex mission for me. Instead, I have started the ritual collection of aphid dung and carcasses Mad

to complete the prereq's. If you want to be included in the prereq missions, let me know. Just fair warning, its taking time..

these missions are sooo easy a raid geared rog with 2 cleric mercs and a shammy healing can tank it! well the first 6

I have not done any UF progresion and i woul like to get together with some peeps i was so bussy helping guildies with void progresion i am way behind on UF stuff if i am on and anyone wants to do some i am willing to help and do some

Vahl, Frank, and I have started doing these on non raid nights.

Sadly, due to the difficulty of UF, it means very few dps/utility classes can join. Tank, Healer, Slower/CC, and 3 dps. Using a chanter/monk instead of bard means 2 dps.

It's gonna be slow folks, but we're working on getting folks UF progression.

as long as u can get the actual prog mission done 4 and have yet to c where u need a chanter/bard, now the prereqs a bunch seem like u need some form of a mezer but the actual missions just a puller from what ive seen so far

I'm still missing a few of these as well. I think off the top of my head, Cooling Chambers, Fungal Forest, Brell's Temple. I'm sure I'm missing some others, just can't think of them at work, hehe.

cooling chambers is probably the hardest one of all the T6-7 zones. Make sure you have a beefy tank for that one.

Yes Cooling chambers is the most difficult. And really you dont need crowd control for pretty much any mission long as you have an awesome puller, still expect to die, the biggest thing about these missions asside from getting someone that can request them is that they all take about an hour minimum unless you have some incredible DPS.

I will help with mage/enchanter as needed if I am able however I am only in need of tier 8 tasks myself now. I would rather someone do them that would get credit for them.

finally got 1 tier 6 done yesterday with send/odnz/and kind...they do take a while to complete....lookin forward to joining in on them whenver possible
