Tonight i re-implemented an idea we used a few years back called the rebuff group. It was not perfect but it did seem to help in getting folks up and back in the fight.
I personally asked some of you to be part of this group and want to Personally say thank you for helping out with it.
At every raid for the next couple weeks I will be sending tells to a few of you asking you to join ahheals and be part of the rebuff group. (if you are a buffing class) I really will appreciate your co-operation and your help in making the raids run smoother for everyone.
Just remember the sooner we get our raiders up and buffed the less likelihood we will face a wipe. I think this can be an important step in getting us better organized.
I would love to hear if anyone else has any similar ideas to help us win more raids. _________________ Laenyani
