So anyways, we will be looking to promote three squad leaders in November. Squad leaders serve as the backbone of our raiding structure, so it is very important that we get good people.
A few things we are looking for, in no particular order...
1. Regular raid attendance
2. Knowledge of your class/EQ in general
3. Ability to follow instructions/lead others with instructions
4. Likes helping others
5. Personality (yes, it matters)
Basically the officers already have a list of people we think would be good, but we don't want to overlook anyone who is interested. So if you would like more information or would like to put someone's name forward, please send me a pm so I can get them added in for consideration. Like I said this is going to happen in the first part of November, so please try to get them in within the next two weeks.
