As AH Members, you can receive large bonus DKP for helping After Hours and bringing recruits to our organization. The value of these bonuses is as follows:
- 5pts for getting a new app to sign and show at least 4 raids.
- 10pts for the app becoming a member and raiding 2+ times once made a member.
This will amount in 15 total points once the app makes a member and shows for 2+ raids. You can win this award 2 times for a total of 30 dkp pts.
When you advise a potential app to apply with us make sure they put your name in as the person advising them to apply in the 'Why do you want to join?' section. This will allow whoever to put in the award. Please do remind us of recruitment bonuses you are due, once the app/member has raided sufficently with us.
Once again, this is being done to bring in new blood and to help us maintain consistent numbers to attempt newer and bigger targets, which will result in faster progression and better loot. This award is being given because it is you the membership who helps us advance by doing this. Due to our present maxed attendance we are hereby discontinuing the recruitment bonus. Those with who have already recruited and waiting for their recruits to reach the required attendance will still receive their bonuses, but the bonus will stop for all apps/members recruited in the future.
