We have been in deep discussion and accepted a lot of good feedback from our raiders to figure out AH's new direction. Clearly there have been a lot of changes - new zones, new gear, new level caps, mercs, management reshuffle, and so forth. Sony has bitten hard into the teet of middle-range raiding, and the milk has turned red. For AH to exist it has to serve a purpose, and that purpose is to serve You. We aren't going to ignore the loot of the new expansion, neither are we going to ignore the fun and legitimate drops from the old ones (anyone dying for a weapon upgrade?).

We are thus planning to spread our field of vision. We will hit SoD group content for the upgrades, recruiting to fill our numbers, and hitting TSS/DK/BMK progression to pursue a goal. Our goal is to have a raid schedule something like:
Wed - Raiding SoD group content
Thur - Open raid for recruiting
Fri - Alliance with guild X
Sat - Alliance raid with CoT

For the open raids, I'd like for us to find an old small guild with diehard members that would like to broaden their family. We will invite them to the open raids in particular, and continue from there. If You see someone 75+ in a guild you've never heard about, please approach them. There is singularly nothing more helpful you could do for AH than to approach people and get them to app/guest.

great work! yes please get in touch with them as you know one of them. Remember when selling the idea that it truely is a win-win idea for everyone. We are in no way trying to steal them away from their guild since we Aren't a guild, and we actually promote the posibility of staying in family guilds whilst getting to raid.
