To find out what MPG trials you have or have not completed you can go to the EQplayers site, Log In then look up your character. Click on the Bio tab (or something to this effect) at the top. If you scroll down it will list all your flags and keys you have been awarded which tells you which group trial you have completed. Do the math to figure out which ones you need then get 'r done .

This toon doesn't exist on EQplayers for some reason. All my alts do and respond to the " update " command as well. Kebs be needing 2 more. Never a rush though.

Forgive the stupid sounding question, but.....

Are these MPG trials you are talking about the same six trials we did in MPG to get the pie slices; and once you got all six, you got access to Anguish (or something)?

I always get these trials and progressions and things mixed up....maybe my kids are right, im getting old and senile....

No, there are 6 raid trials, they dont do anything for resists and there is 6 group trials.
Those group trials are the ones that will increasy your resist cap.

That's right. Look up Muramite Proving Grounds on Allah's, then go to quests, you'll see the different raid and group quests and a good description and discussions of each.

Group missions are:

Destruction
Efficiency
Fear
Ingenuity
Subversion
Weaponry
