Where did AH raiding population go? Are people just playing HoT and not participating in raids or are people just missing in general? I know I've been rarer on EQ lately just because of trying to be a real human boy but are people not playing or just not raiding because of HoT grouping?

I can only speak for myself, but I'm done with raiding for a few (mostly personal) reasons. Nothing to do with HoT. _________________

This time of year there is always a steady drop off as people prepare for 3 back to back major holidays. I know I still need to do my christmas shopping and ffs I am cooking the turkeys this year and I still havent bought them.
Personally, the lull is somewhat expected (and welcome imho) and it usually picks up after the new year. _________________
What you are saying is true in general. But the thing that is poking holes in this theory atm is the fact that there are 60-70 folks online, in the AH channel when we are ready to raid. Our best turn out since coming back from the HOT break has been 30. So the people are there, just choosing not to participate for one reason or another.
