Do you have any idea how hard a raid would be if the boss wouldnt fight like the norm?

Imaging a raid boss jumping straight to the clerics no matter what the tank did, there would be no hate control, and it would be complete choas.

If they allow every day people to contol a raid boss mob it would create nearly impossible mobs to kill.

Am I getting this system wrong? Might be, lol someone fill me in.

You're reading it wrong.

With the Nagafen example, it would be like a mission. You would turn in your "shroud" and enter Nagafen's body. Then you would fight a bunch of npcs that are threatening your lair, and their elimination would mean a successful mission. It wouldn't be actually taking control of Naggy in the static zone.

new expansion, means new bugs and lots more crashes, not sure about you guys, but when i started playing eq there were no crashes(not like there are now anyways).

i think soe needs to fix some of the current expansion packs/bugs(or features as some call them).

as of now there are about 1000+ quests that go nowhere...

and the game just runs worse and worse with each exp...

People should keep an eye on their class message boards too. I know that the beastlord one had stuff specific to the class that wasn't included in the linked writeups and same with mage boards.

I hate new expansions ..they should fix the old ones. But we find ourselves drawn to the cool stuff in the new expansions anyways. Look at Shi who vowed not to buy DoN Razz

i still hate everything that was out after velious, there is no faction... as of now faction does not exist =/

and that faction your grinding to get in oow and don is NOT faction at all, it is a time sync to make people spend more money on the game.

faction is when i goto plane of growth for an hour and kill then try taking a trip to felwithe, people dont like you all of a sudden )

pop was the end of faction... you should be making people mad killing gods...

but noooo i kill mm and im like hey outpost of MARR i just kill MITHANIEL MARR and im HERE talking to you about KILLING your GOD. and they offer me tea and biscuits as opposed to swords and arrows... )
