All,
Concerning last night I wish to say I am sorry for the way certain things took place during the raids. Please infer any problems you may have had with it to be my problem soly.

First off I wish to say never again if I am leading anything will we use the Arena stone as a means of getting to a target. Too many hassles. Each and everytime we go through the Arena it wastes precious time getting people to the target. Kor advised me on this, and I overruled her to my obvious peril. Kor, see I do appreciate your knowledge and expertise, and I do know how to say thanks.

The first target took us way to long to setup for the raid. This we know. It was lack of full communication between the SL's and others that took us that long to set up. Also associated with this was my lack of full understanding of the raid target. For that I apoligize. Those that were there did a phenominal job with the target though and for that I congratulate them. Things worked out and target was a success.

As a note to some who felt we left them out of the raid for some reason or another I wish to say in my defense we left at 25 after for the raids. When we did so we were already slim for certain classes. When asked in the raid channel if anymore were otw or lfg noone responded.

Going forward as a SL and potential leader in certain times I would like to say I will learn from this and appreciate any feedback, negative or positive to improve the strength and organization of the raids I am involved with.

I am sorry I wasn't able to help.....my computer decided at that moment that it was going to take a crap. Logging off and kabitzing from eqim was hard.

IMO you did fine once you got through the first target....everyone assured everyone else that the bug with Arena had been fixed...but as we all know....its NOT! /bonks Sony
