Its called the Buried Sea and looks like they may have some new features for non-guild organizations like AH. In particular "Fellowships" where they indicate info about setting up common chat channels, ability to create campfires (maybe some sort of idol type item), and a token that allows quick travel to other members.
Also looks like its going to have a lot of underwater content.
