Please note that I have scheduled an OMM run in June - hopefully not to many people will have conflicts with guild raids. _________________ Have Fun!Ardnasc |

Hey Ard and all,
Out battle against OMM last night went pretty well. With repeated attempts, we are finally learning and getting use to this event. The last part that we need to work on is how to get back to his room and re-engage without letting the entire event reset.
From the raid-o-matic information:
"Your raid is ported to Ture's chamber. You can take your time and med back up here. Mata Muram will have stripped all of his debuffs and will essentially be reset, except for the fact he's at whatever health you left him.
After clicking on the portover again, you must re-engage him quickly otherwise the event may reset entirely."
We screwed this last night by clicking back into his room too early. The only chance we have of recovering corpses there is if we use a nec/sk to summon them, or the dead lobby summon and run back. I think that once we get this last aspect down, we will have finally overcome this last obstacle to proving that AH is indeed capable of taking out this expansion boss.
/cheers,
Rich |

I am sooooo proud to be part of an organization that is progressing and would like to congratulate everyone who hung in there with us and helped to make our win possible.
One thousand 'Atta boy!" or 'Atta girls'! to each and everyone of those who were there.

Mmm this make me ask a question: are we going to do CoA more in the future? I think that we should because is relatively easy loot. |

The problem is most everybody and their dog can do CoA now so we have massive amounts of lockout timers to contend with. O.o _________________ The best leaders use the carrot and the stick. When elg does use the carrot, it's to pistol whip tanks into compliance |

Nods I have to agree with elg on that. While we know a lot of drops are still in demand from a lot of players, the lockout timers make it really tricky to raid there. We will be able to raid occasionally though I imagine, so long as plenty of warning is given; as we did with OMM.
That being said, Demi will be the next anguish for us. Once we have it cracked, there's just as much loot available, albeit better! |
