Question about the open raid night.

I think I read something about this on a thread but I dont remember the perticulars for it. So here are a few questions I have for the new "Open raid" night on thursdays...

Do the attendies need to meet the requirements for their class to attend?

Will it be like being an app and you will not get to loot except rot?

If the new person shows up every thursday but not other nights will their attendance count towards application when they apply? (kind of like time served?)

Can the new people bring their "box" if they have one and know how to use it?

I have been grouping with some decent players from lvl 70 to 85 and just want to make sure I have the facts and want to try and get some of them to show up. Thanks again for any info.

thank you very much. Also, I cant seem to find the class requirments, the AA requirments and what not. I thought it was in the "apply here" link but I cant find it. Help.
