AH August Goals:
1. Beat 2 new events made up from SoD/MMM
2. Farm the heck out of our 700-800 hp targets
3. Speed up raids
Farm targets we'll be killing every week:
MMM - Krond
Rottrued
Queen Mal
BMK3
Soulbleeder
New targets on our horizon:
MMM - Brinda
SoD - Crystal Core
SoD - Rallos Returns
Occasional events we'll hit when needed:
Wirlem
Octa
Steam Factory
Big Bynn
Deepscar
Your Personal Targets:
1. Read the strats of each event at least once.
2. Turn up on time to raids, and preferably early
3. Read the rules thoroughly and come to every raid with required items _________________ http://www.spamhelp.org/harvesterkiller/ |

Not entirely, no, but Crystal Core is the very first raid in that theme and looks like it might be doable. So, it's going to be attempted some night soon (as soon as we get somebody flagged who can start it that is!).
"Tier 2" is the FoS series of raids. Which we might attempt sometime, but we have to balance out the "new raids" with "farm raids" each week, so time is limited. We don't want to burn out everyone on learning MMM and new SoD raids every night.
And we aren't really trying to do SoD progression just yet, we are raiding stuff that can get us loot. So it isn't really "skipping" anything until we actually are trying to get into Tower raiding. We just want something we can win.
FoS1 looks pretty hard - http://www.ahraiding.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=5569

I haven't done any of these raids, I've just been basing these opinions on what people have told me. If you have a different idea of events to try next then definitely speak up! _________________ http://www.spamhelp.org/harvesterkiller/ |

For the "new stuff" category, we have any of the following.
Meldrath's Mansion: Battle Room
Meldrath's Mansion: Breakneck (attempted)
Meldrath's Mansion: Doctor Brinda Sprocket
Meldrath's Mansion: Bargangle Tinkerson
Kithicor - Bahgresh (attempted)
Kaesora - A Council Divided
Korascian Warrens - Showdown at the Crystal Core
So really, it's a "take your pick" issue. Any one we choose will require difficulty in learning and execution. |

Looking at the loot tables from Crystallos raids, it does seem like the candyland place Also shows a plethora of weaponry that drops there. So, it seems that Sony made that place the melee DPS increasing raid zone. Idealy needed to beat some of the new SoD stuff that requires a crapload of DPS to win. _________________

I've heard that MMM is akin to Demi (lots of clearing, very scripty complex events, every attempt a challenge), while Cryst is like TSS (learn the event and it becomes quite easy and very farmable). _________________ http://www.spamhelp.org/harvesterkiller/ |

We've had some bad luck decent weapon drops in SoD so far.
I think we've had the following weapon types drop:
1HS - 6 or 7 I think
1HB - 0
H2H - 0
Piercing - 2
2HS - 0
2HB - 2
I could be slightly inaccurate on the number, but roughly it is close. Rottrued has been great for 1HS and a couple 2HB, but he has neglected to drop his 1HB. The Queen has been nice enough to drop the 1HS once and the Piercer twice, but has not given up the 2HS yet.
Kith would be a great source for weaponry if we can get it down to farm mode. Loot table has a potential to drop a Bow, 2HP(x2), H2H, and 1HB.
The Crystalline Tyranont raid would be a good source for piercer if we can get that on farm mode as well.
Rallos Returns would bring us another Bow option, 1HB (x2), one of them having a sick proc rate.
Based upon our badluck on certain weapon types dropping, adding other options for those weapon types to drop would definitely benefit us. _________________
