One thing to think about is acording to the EULA doesnt SOE own all the items coins and other products in the game, Shouldn't that mean they should recieve the tax bill?

Would that mean players who sell EQ items for real world coinage would be guilty of theft since they are just using SOE's toys.

Congrats SOE you owe S Korea taxes on 5 tillion platinum.

Maybe the EULA will get changed.

Just a few thoughts. What a potential mess this could create.

I can see it now, some day some one will be awarded the first legal degree in vitual law and property rights, its a short slope from here to damage claims for the Black Burrow Gnolls.
