It's easy man just host the pic on a site (like photobucket) and then use the IMG button above the reply chat window next to URL......in between the IMG codes just paste the link of the picture. And I know photobucket pretty much already has an option underneath the photo to copy it with the IMG tags already on it so less work for you.

hehe thats how i had it when i played years ago 1 bar just need to use shift a lot lol but been lookin at changin it up lately but it works good for me
