Sorry for taking so long to vote but i have been away on vacation. I personally think that to entice new membership and retain old members we need to start on more relevant raids such as UF/ Hot expansions, many other guilds have started these w/o much trouble and with our strong memberships skill sets i feel we also can do this fairly easily.
I am also willing to bring my boxed shammy(4000+ AA) or my Cleric for extra heal support if needed.
I hope to see AH flourish in 2011

Everybody wants that ... problem is ... UF raids can not be done with 30 ...

So very true, I'm just starting to learn my way around the UF raids with my guild and they are very challenging.
On the plus side, we are starting to see more new faces and this growth could help move us forward.

most of the ones I've been on with rashelf, was hard with 54, not count people on the bench.

Beside low numbers, some ppl who raid with his guilds will have lockout issues, the most guilds in our server than do raids are doing t6 UF atm, we will lost some toons for sure.

Then I'm confused why UF raids only got 7% vote. (I was 1 of the 3)

like its been stated, even if we start UF/HoT a lot of us will have lockout issues etc to contend with. and wont be able to attend AH anymore.
